Your first class.

No experience needed – our trainers adapt every exercise to your level. Here's what to know:

Before class

  • Book your spot online in advance – groups are small
  • Arrive about 15 minutes early for a short Reformer intro
  • Let us know about injuries or pregnancy

What to bring

  • Comfortable, fitted workout clothes
  • Grip socks – required on the Reformer. Forgot yours? Get a pair at the studio
  • Good vibes – that's all you need

What we provide

  • Changing rooms at the studio
  • A fresh towel for every class
  • Community space & bar for your post-Pilates drink

During class

  • 50 minutes of “Beats & Burn” – all levels welcome
  • Trainers walk you through every machine setting
  • Going at your own pace is absolutely fine
