Three friends, one vision.

THE CORE CLUB was born from a simple conviction: Reformer Pilates can be more motivating, more intense and more flow-driven. As a trained instructor, Lisa tried countless classes and nearly every Reformer over the years – and every time she missed two things: music with loud beats that carries the training, and a continuous flow with smooth transitions instead of stop-and-go between exercises.

From this wish grew our THE CORE CLUB concept, our TCC Signature Class “Beats & Burn” and, in the end, the entire studio with community space and bar. Since they couldn't find a Reformer that combined everything that mattered to them, they developed it themselves: from the best features of eight different machines came a Reformer that, as the foundation of every workout, allows no compromises.

THE CORE CLUB lives in an old brick factory in the middle of Rodenbach – a place you come to not just to train, but to meet like-minded people and have a really good time. Parking is right outside the door, plus an outdoor area, changing rooms and a community space to sit, chat and arrive. At our bar, drinks that match the vibe are waiting: matcha, protein sodas and electrolyte water.

The heart is our training room with eight Reformers: tinted windows, a dark, energetic atmosphere and mirrors with red lights that turn every class into an experience. And there's more to come – a second training room is already in place and will soon host additional classes that fit the concept just as well.

The Team

Your Burn Besties

Behind THE CORE CLUB are three friends: Sarah, Lisa and Vivian. Between them they combine years of training and Pilates expertise, medical knowledge and a fine sense for brand and community. But even more important are the trainers who carry you through every workout – your burn besties, whom you might briefly curse mid-set and hopefully celebrate for their energy afterwards.

With Charly you get loud beats, continuous flow and not a single wasted move. She loves driving you through every sequence at full energy. You think she's your workout bestie – and a second later she sends you another inch deeper into the squat. Her favorite line: “Bobbes runner!”

With Melle there's no class without good vibes and a healthy dose of humor. Lots of understanding and empathy – which doesn't mean she won't push you when it counts. Set to her mix of charts and pop, a thoroughly perfect full-body workout awaits.

Our optimist – Kim believes in you before you do. With plenty of gym routine and a soft spot for calisthenics, she gets you ready for more weight rather than less. All to a playlist of fat hip-hop beats – muscles practically grow on their own.

Balance & Stability

Pole dance in the past, today our anchor for balance & stability: with a degree in sports science, Nadine brings plenty of know-how. She's into older 90s tracks and likes to sneak in a fifth plank or squat – even when it's long been burning.

Beats & Burn

One class, one concept – and still the right level for everyone. In “Beats & Burn”, Reformer Pilates meets strength, flow and loud music that carries you through every rep, even when your muscles have long been burning. We train in flow: barely any breaks, one move transitions straight into the next, so you get the maximum out of your hour.

Whether you're on the Reformer for the first time or have been training for years – through spring settings and targeted cues we adapt every exercise to your level. Often a small change is enough, like straightening your legs instead of bending them, or adjusting the spring setting – and the same exercise instantly gets more intense. That way the whole group trains the same class – everyone at their own level, from beginner to advanced.

And we don't stop at classic Reformer training: we deliberately build balance and strength into every class – for a full-body workout that doesn't just carry the name, but feels like it the next day. You'll feel muscles you didn't even know you had.

The best way is to feel it yourself – come by and leave with more energy than you came in with.
